How: Track start and stop times of each activity while you give gratitude then submit total heartbeats count on World Gratitude Heartbeat Counterâ„¢. (Enter either custom heartbeats counted or preset heartbeats number from drop down menu)

Question: Who is this program for?
Answer: Anyone whose heart beats.

Question: What should I do?
Answer: Count your grateful heartbeats daily to achieve a Persistent Positive Pulse.

Question: Why should I do this?
Answer: To improve your focus while decreasing anxiety.

Question: Why does the counter allow you to submit only 10,000 heartbeats a day?
Answer: 10,000 heartbeats is the maximum goal per day based upon realistic timeframes of staying focused to tract gratitude activities.

Question: What if I cannot do 10,000 heartbeats a day?
Answer: 10,000 heartbeats is a goal overtime to build up to. Any amount of heartbeats is great. The key is to stay consistent everyday to realize long term persistent health benefits.

Question: What if I cannot physically exercise?
Answer: There are several other activities to do that synchronize your heart and brain while thinking gratitude without physical activity. Such as praying, listening to music, looking at memorable pictures, watching video of family and friends etc.. If unable to submit your heartbeats, please ask someone else to submit on your behalf as your heartbeats are important.

Question: Why does my mind race to get as much information as I can before starting? Answer: There are several reasons, however, two main causes are prevalent. The first reason is that most people in the World today are addicted to negativity that controls them. When positive feeling occur negative feeling quickly hijack them. The second reason is that the brain seeks out to research information on why a positive feeling exists. Many times the research is lost in a sea of commentary that distracts from positive feelings. Thus people tend to put off engaging in more positive activities. Our program is simple to do and can start at your very next heartbeat. With practice you will overcome and learn to deal with negativity to quickly return to a positive state..
